30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, on unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at Contact@winteres.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through each step.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll arrange a return instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimates and final-sale pieces) may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
